Compulsory Enforcement

The forced enforcement of a titled claim.

If a creditor has a title (for example a judgment or an enforcement order), they can enforce the claim with state assistance, for example through a court bailiff or attachment of an account or wages. Even then there are protective rules, above all the P-Konto.
