- No commission per referred mandate (§ 49b Abs. 3 BRAO), only a transparent, mandate-independent listing or membership fee is planned.
- The mandate is formed directly between you and the client.
- The platform is designed purely as a tool and as a referral service, it provides no legal advice in individual cases (RDG); every letter is reviewed and individually approved by the affected person, and sent in their name.
- You see the practice area and amount of each case at a glance, and cases that match your practice areas appear at the top of the dashboard (assignment is automatic by case type and keywords in the description, not a legal assessment). Region details will follow.
- Also legal-aid mandates (Beratungshilfe/PKH) and bundled similar cases (several injured parties of the same opponent).
How it works
- Register & sign in via the law-firm login (name, bar association, practice areas).
- We briefly check your admission manually and unlock access.
- You see individual cases without the affected person's contact details (description verbatim; email addresses and phone numbers in it are automatically hidden) and bundled groups, including case completeness at a glance.
- You request a case, the affected person specifically releases their contact details, and the mandate begins directly between you and the affected person.
