Statement of Assets (Sworn Affirmation)
Disclosure of your financial circumstances to the court bailiff.
If a claim cannot be collected, the debtor may have to give a statement of assets, formerly called "sworn affirmation" or "oath of disclosure." It is noted in the debtors' register. Take the appointments seriously, otherwise an arrest warrant to compel it may follow.
