Absolute Unfitness to Drive

From 1.1 per mille, conclusively unfit to drive.

From 1.1 per mille, a motor vehicle driver is deemed absolutely unfit to drive, regardless of whether signs of impairment are present. Driving a vehicle is then a criminal offense. It can result in a fine or imprisonment, revocation of the driving license and often a medical-psychological assessment (MPU).
