Endangering Road Traffic
Criminal offense of concrete endangerment.
Anyone who, in traffic, concretely endangers life, limb or another person's property of significant value, for example through alcohol, risky overtaking or disregard of the right of way, may be committing a criminal offense. The consequences can extend to revocation of the driving license.
