Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to wait for ordered furniture?
With an agreed delivery date, not indefinitely. After it is exceeded you can set a reasonable grace period and, once it expires without success, withdraw (§ 323 BGB). With a firmly agreed date this may be possible immediately.
Do I get my deposit back?
Yes. If you validly withdraw because of non-delivery, the deposit must be repaid. Reclaim it in writing with a deadline and, if refused, use buyer protection or a bank recall.
