Insult (§ 185 StGB), defamation (§ 186) and slander (§ 187) are criminal offenses; you can file a complaint or a criminal application. Under civil law you have a claim to cease and desist and deletion (§§ 823, 1004 BGB by analogy).
Important: secure evidence immediately (screenshots with URL and date) before the post is deleted. Separate factual criticism (allowed) from insult/untrue factual claims (not allowed).
