Collective Bargaining Agreement
Agreement between a trade union and the employer side.
A collective bargaining agreement governs working conditions such as pay, working hours, and vacation for the employees bound by it. It applies directly and may deviate from statutory minimum standards in favor of employees. Generally binding collective agreements apply more broadly.
