Minimum Wage
A legally guaranteed minimum hourly wage.
The statutory minimum wage is the lowest limit for the hourly wage to which every employee is entitled. Agreements below it are invalid. The minimum wage also applies to mini-jobs; unpaid wages can be claimed retroactively.
