Freedom of Expression

Fundamental right to express opinions freely.

Freedom of expression protects the right to freely express one's opinion in speech, writing and images. It finds its limits, among other things, in the general laws, in the protection of minors and in the right to personal honor. Value judgments enjoy broader protection than untrue statements of fact.
