Protection Against Dismissal

Protection against a socially unjustified dismissal.

In businesses with more than ten employees and after more than six months of employment, the Protection Against Dismissal Act applies. A dismissal must then be socially justified, on operational, conduct-related or person-related grounds. Otherwise it is invalid.
