Negligent Homicide (Traffic)
Fatal accident due to carelessness.
If someone causes the death of a person through a breach of the duty of care in road traffic, they may be committing negligent homicide. In addition to punishment, revocation of the driving license and civil law claims by the surviving dependents are often at stake.
