Withdrawal of the Driver's License
Loss of the license due to lack of fitness.
In the case of serious violations or lack of fitness, the driver's license is withdrawn; unlike a driving ban, this is final. For reissuance, a blocking period applies, often with a medical-psychological assessment. The license must be applied for anew.
