Medical-Psychological Assessment (colloquially the 'idiot test').

The medical-psychological assessment examines fitness to drive, for example after driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or after accumulating a high number of points. It can be a prerequisite for reissuing a driver's license. Good preparation is important.
