Agent in Performance

A helper in the performance of a contract.

An agent in performance acts, with the debtor's knowledge and will, in the performance of an obligation. The debtor is liable for that agent's fault as for their own. Thus a company, for example, must answer for the mistakes of the employees it deploys.
