Preliminary Injunction
A fast court decision in expedited proceedings.
With a preliminary injunction, the court can make a provisional arrangement quickly in expedited proceedings, for example ordering someone to cease and desist. The usual prerequisite is special urgency. The final resolution takes place in the main proceedings.
