Claim for Injunctive Relief

The right to have someone refrain from disruptive behavior in future.

Anyone who unlawfully interferes with your rights, for example through harassment, false statements, or unauthorized advertising, can be subject to a claim for injunctive relief. This usually begins with a cease-and-desist notice together with a cease-and-desist declaration. If it is not observed, it can be enforced in court.
