Adhesion Procedure
Claiming damages within the criminal trial itself.
In the adhesion procedure, the victim of a crime can assert a claim for damages or compensation for pain and suffering directly within the criminal trial, without filing a separate lawsuit before the civil court. The criminal court then also rules on this claim.
