Restoration to the Prior Status
A second chance after missing a deadline through no fault.
Anyone who has missed a deadline through no fault of their own can apply for restoration to the prior status. The deadline is then treated as having been met. The application is itself subject to a deadline, and the absence of fault must be substantiated.
