Formal Objection (Against an Official Decision)
A formal objection to an authority's decision.
You can lodge a formal objection against a decision (Bescheid) from an office, job center, or social welfare office, usually within one month of receiving it. The authority must then review its decision once more. It is important to keep to the deadline and to submit the objection in writing.
