Tolerance Deduction
Safety margin for measurements.
Speed measuring devices do not measure entirely without error. A tolerance deduction is therefore made from the measured value: typically 3 km/h up to 100 km/h and 3 percent above that. Only the speed adjusted in this way forms the basis of the fine.
