Standard Requirement

Flat rate for basic living costs.

The standard requirement is the monthly flat rate for the necessary basic living costs under citizen's benefit (Buergergeld) and social assistance: for food, clothing, electricity and more. It is graduated by age and position in the community of need and is adjusted annually.
