Right to Erasure (GDPR)
The right to have your data deleted (the "right to be forgotten").
You can demand that a company delete your personal data, for example when it is no longer needed or you withdraw a consent. There are exceptions, such as statutory retention obligations. You submit the request informally; the organization must respond.
