Protection Against Eviction (Enforcement Protection)
Protection against eviction in special hardship cases.
In special hardship cases, the enforcement court can temporarily suspend a forced eviction, for example if the eviction would mean a hardship incompatible with good morals. This protection is narrow and tied to strict requirements.
