Lease (Usufructuary Lease)
Use and enjoyment of the yield in return for payment.
With a usufructuary lease, unlike an ordinary rental, not only the use but also the enjoyment of the proceeds (the fruits) is granted, for example in agriculture or with a restaurant. A lease rent is paid for this. In part, separate termination and protection rules apply.
