Security Deposit
The landlord's security, no more than three months' base rent.
The deposit secures the landlord's claims (for example damage or unpaid rent). It may amount to at most three months' net base rent and must be held separately from the landlord's own assets. After you move out, it must be returned after a reasonable review period.
