Exclusion of Coverage
Cases not insured under the contract.
An exclusion of coverage names cases in which the insurance does not pay, for example intent, certain pre-existing conditions, or natural hazards without an add-on module. Exclusions must be clear and understandable; unclear clauses are interpreted against the insurer.
