Sickness Benefit
Wage replacement during a longer illness.
After the six weeks of continued pay have ended, the health insurance fund pays sickness benefit as wage replacement while the inability to work continues. It amounts to a share of the income and is paid for the same illness for a maximum of 78 weeks.
