Continued Payment of Wages
Wages during illness for up to six weeks.
In the case of inability to work due to illness through no fault of the employee, the employer continues to pay the wage for up to six weeks. After that, the health insurance fund takes over with sickness benefit. Wages must also be continued on public holidays.
