Hardship Case (Termination of Tenancy)

The tenant's objection to the termination.

Even in the case of a justified termination, the tenant can object and demand continuation if ending the tenancy would mean an unjustifiable hardship for the tenant or the tenant's family, for example due to advanced age, illness or a lack of replacement housing.
