Conciliation Hearing

An attempt at amicable settlement before the trial.

Before the actual hearing, the court is to attempt an amicable settlement. In the conciliation hearing, the dispute is discussed to make a settlement possible. Only if no agreement is reached does the case proceed to the contested hearing.
