Basic Income Support in Old Age
Subsistence support when the pension is small.
Basic income support in old age and in cases of reduced earning capacity secures the subsistence minimum for people whose pension is too low or who have a permanent reduction in earning capacity. Unlike with parental support, children with an ordinary income are not required to contribute.
