Possession Agent
A person who merely exercises another's possession.
A possession agent exercises actual control over an item for another person, for example while bound by instructions in an employment relationship. They are not the possessor themselves; the principal remains the possessor. This matters, for example, for the protection of possession and the acquisition of ownership.
