Complaint (Interlocutory Appeal)

A remedy against court orders, not against judgments.

A complaint is used to challenge court orders and decisions that are not issued by judgment, such as those on costs or jurisdiction. Depending on the case, it is subject to a deadline. If the court does not grant the complaint, the higher instance decides.
