Fixed-Term Employment Contract

Employment contract with an end date.

An employment contract can be limited in time with or without an objective reason. A fixed term without an objective reason is only permissible up to a maximum duration and with a limited number of extensions. The time limit must be agreed in writing; otherwise the contract is deemed to be of indefinite duration.
