Tenant's Right of First Refusal
Priority when buying one's own dwelling.
If a rented dwelling is converted into condominium ownership for the first time after being handed over to the tenant and is then sold, the tenant has a right of first refusal. The tenant can enter into the purchase contract on the terms agreed with a third party.
