Consent to Advertising (Newsletter)

Promotional emails only with consent.

Email advertising such as newsletters is generally only permitted with prior express consent. The common approach is the double opt-in procedure, in which the sign-up is verified through a confirmation link. Without consent, unlawful advertising can be subject to a warning letter.
