Grace Period (Setting a Deadline)
A final reasonable deadline before you demand withdrawal or damages.
Before you can withdraw from a contract or demand damages, you usually have to give the other side a reasonable grace period, that is, set a final deadline in writing for performance. If it passes without result, your further rights become available.
