Rules for living together in the building.
The house rules govern coexistence in the apartment building, for example quiet hours, cleaning of the stairwell or waste disposal. They are validly incorporated through the tenancy agreement. They may not unreasonably disadvantage the tenant or hollow out the tenant's contractual rights.
