General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
The fine print, invalid if it unreasonably disadvantages you.
General terms and conditions are a company's pre-formulated contract terms. Surprising or unreasonably disadvantageous clauses are invalid, even if you agreed to them. You do not have to accept an invalid clause in the fine print as binding on you.
